With over two decades of experience in the VFX industry, I have honed a diverse skill set and established a proven track record of success. Beginning my journey in 1998, I swiftly ascended to the role of personal assistant to the head of production at one of Germany's premier VFX facilities. There, I refined my abilities in project scheduling, coordination, and talent recruitment.

 

Transitioning to the roles of VFX producer and production manager in 2005, I led projects spanning television and feature films, overseeing production teams of up to 40 individuals. My expertise encompasses managing the outsourcing process and collaborating with numerous VFX vendors on both national and international levels.

 

Throughout my career, I have acquired extensive experience in CG characters and FX Simulations, supported by a profound technical understanding of production pipelines and processes.

Beyond agency work and VFX facilities, I immersed myself directly in film productions for over three and a half years. Working closely with directors, producers, and production managers, I gained invaluable insights into planning, production workflows, and intricate approval processes.
