Senior VFX Producer at Territorry Studio , 2023

 

As one of key member of the newly established VFX company,

I developed production workflows for IO, outsourcing, VFX editorial, and VFX production.

This involved creating Shotgrid templates and conducting training sessions for relevant departments. Additionally, I contributed to the bidding process for projects,

although the project in question was not awarded.

 

 

Senior VFX Producer at Jellyfish Pictures, 2021 – 2022

 

As a VFX Producer, I managed all facets of production,

including planning, bidding, and financial tracking.

I orchestrated weekly supervisor huddles, curating topics and ensuring follow-up.

Operating remotely, I maintained close collaboration with the VFX Supervisor,

Head of Production, and the Jellyfish team. When needed,

I assumed coordination responsibilities and oversaw final corrections.

Communication with clients was integral, involving the creation of weekly status Reports

and active participation in meetings and reviews.

 

 

VFX Producer at Rodeo FX, 2021 

 

I managed project bidding, scheduling, and finances, for the LOVE, DEATH AND ROBOTS -NIGHT OF THE MINI DEAD while also setting up operations for the Munich branch. I worked closely with the executive producer and recruiting team.

 

 

Various Freelance Jobs,  2020 – 2021

 

Amongst other jobs and studios, at Bwater Studios, I coordinated and managed the 2DFX, FX, and compositing department for 40 Full CG mini-episodes. Notably, I optimized workflows for client briefings and led the client approvals process, actively contributing to these tasks.

 

Production Manager at CMP Effects, 2018 – 2019

 

           I managed, scheduled, and supervised the show, acting as the liaison for labs,

                   6 VFX facilities, and post-production. I led reviews with the VFX supervisor and director,

                      overseeing a team of 3 assistant editors,VFX coordinators, and production assistants.

          Reporting directly to the CEO at CMP,a new company,

        I spearheaded the establishment of production workflows,

systematized reviews and deliveries,

and engaged all stakeholders.
